MeasureLab ("we", "us", or "our") wants you to be satisfied with our Service. The following refund terms apply to paid subscriptions:
Full Refund Within 14 Days
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service, with no questions asked.
Refunds After 14 Days
Refund requests after the 14-day period are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at our discretion (for example, in the event of a billing error or extended service outage).
Subscription Cancellations
If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for future billing periods. You retain access to Pro features until the end of your current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Processing
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider, and will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
